Ardagh house is an 18th century mill house which has been recently renovated to the highest standards,sleeping up to 7 in 3 bedrooms with the main bedroom been ensuite it also has a second bedroom with a double and a single bed and the third bedroom has a small double bed,the main bathroom which is upstairs has both a bath and a shower over the bath,
The kitchen living room has all modern facilites including double oven,hob,dishwasher and there is access to a communal laundry room next door,the living room has a comfotable sofa and a 42"lcd tv with satellite channels and a dvd player.there is also a wood burning stove.
Outside the door is the main courtyard with plenty of safe play area for kids of all ages and the shared garden is at the front of the house,
The village of Riverstown is 1km away and it has bars restaurant shops and chemist,Sligo city is a 20minute drive,
the area around ardagh has loads of lakes and rivers with the river unshin running through the farm itself meaning that fishing is on our doorstep.The salmon fishery at ballisodare is only 8 miles away and the famous trout lake lough arrow is a 5 min drive,
HIking in the bricklieve mountains,entering the carrowkeel tombs and just been in awe of the fabulous views are all on your doorstep if you stay at ardagh,We offer boat trips and boat hire on lough arrow,clay pigeon shooting in riverstown shooting centre.wild birds at eagles dare,or why not visit sligo folk park which is only 1km away. have fun at lough key activity centre,all types of activities can be arranged including golf,horse riding,lake cruises,eating out or just going for a walk.
