Spacious two story house set in private landscaped gardens it offers the ideal venue for touring the south west and Shannon regions.It is a home away from home featuring all the conveniences to enable you to relax and unwind in this modern house.
It comprise of a very large kitchenwith seating for 10 peopleat the large country style table.The living area boasts a formal dining room sitting room leading to conservatory and french doors to patio with outdoor seating.there is a flat screen TV DVD board games and a supply of books
There are 5 bedrooms two ensuite with walk in wardrobes all have egyptian cotton linen a supply of towels hairdryer
We have 4 bathrooms a large bathroom with a tub, shower toilet and wash hand basin all have a selection of towels.
There is a downstairs toilet and bedroom Fanningstown house is wheelchair accessible.
The house is a short stroll to a country pub the Thatch or you can enjoy great food at the Woodlands House hotel 3 km away also you can avail of the blue flag leisure facilitie

January to May 31 600 euro June to October 1 800 euro October to mid December 600 euro Christmas New Year and Easter 800 euro price includes bed linen, towels a welcome pack of groceries and additional housekeeping if required.
