This fantastic property is situated close to the village of Ballinskelligs, just off the famed Ring of Kerry. Situated on an exclusive development of nine houses, this is a wonderful property with tasteful furnishings including a plasma screen T.V . Spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from the patio, lounge / front-room, and master bedroom. There is access from the front garden direct to the Blue flag sandy beach which is sheltered and safe for children. Ballinskelligs itself is a small fishing village whilst nearby Waterville offers golfing and fishing excursions.

It is hard to surpass or even match this location. Rolling green Kerry hills on two sides sweep down to the coast. Majestic views extend on the other two sides across Ballinskelligs Bay, and out to the rolling Atlantic where it is sometimes hard to pick out excactly where the sky ends and the sea begins. The vista is interspersed with the island sentinels of the West Kerry coast - Horse Island; Scarriff and Deenish; The Bull, the Cow and the Calf; the Skelligs themselves and if one takes the notion to walk up to Bolus Head the Blasket Islands which bred so much literary genius in the late 1800s and earely 1900 themselves unfold.

GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room with ensuite shower room and basin, double bedroom, double with single bunk above, bathroom with shower over bath, shower room. FF: double with ensuite shower room, double with single with ensuite shower room.

Oil and gas central heating, electricity included in rent, linen and towels included, uk tv channels, cot, high chair, TV, music centre, dvd player, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, partially enclosed garden, patio area, patio furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.

There is a second, identical holiday home owned by another family member, within 100 mts. The combination together is ideal for larger two-house family gatherings, club outings etc. as together up to 20 persons can be accomodated adjacently.
